Yes. TechCare is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime by emailing tech@gentechsupport.com or calling the storefront. Founding Members keep their locked pricing for the full 24 months while enrolled.
TechCare covers tech support, configuration, security, and troubleshooting for your covered devices. It does not cover the cost of replacement hardware, third-party software licenses, or major data recovery. Members receive 10-30% off those services depending on tier.
Essential members get next business day response. Plus members get same-day during business hours. Premium members get a 2-hour priority window. Most issues get a first response within 30-60 minutes during the workday regardless of tier.
Yes. Every tier includes scheduled in-home visits. Essential is quarterly, Plus is monthly, Premium is bi-weekly. We serve the greater Phoenix metro within roughly 25 miles of our North Phoenix storefront. Members outside that range can still use remote support.
You get priority access to Founding Member spots. Existing repair customers can also apply a portion of recent work toward their first month. Call (602) 374-5624 and we'll set it up.
When you sign up, we assign a primary technician based on your area and household needs. You'll get their name, photo, and direct contact info. They're your default for in-home visits and the person who learns your setup over time. If they're ever unavailable, we'll tell you who's covering and why.
